Fall Events Somersworth New Hampshire

Fall Events Somersworth New HampshireWe have some exciting things happening in the Fall this year.

Here’s a run down of the highlights that you can expect this Fall in the City of Somersworth.

Indonesian Fair 2018

Somersworth Indonesian Fair 2018The first of which occurs on Saturday September 8th when the sixth annual Indonesian Fair. This year as last the festival will take place at Memorial Drive and will include some wonderful food, culture and general shenanigans.

The Indonesian population in Somersworth is the largest outside of Manhattan and I for one think that is something worth celebrating. Having attended many of the past Indonesian Fairs, I can tell you that they are well worth the time. The food is excellent and if you are like me and am not a lover of spicy food you will find something to suit your tastes. There will also be plenty of dancing, music and culture involved in the afternoon’s events. This is a family friendly event and a great chance to meet some of your Indonesian neighbors and learn about their culture.

This years event will feature music, tradition foods and a chance to win a plane ticket to Indonesia amongst other attractions.
